Are you a newcomer who is curious about the real-world (as opposed to online) BDSM Scene, but privacy concerns have deterred you from attending workshops, such as those put on by The Resource Pool, or associating with local BDSM groups?
TESTING THE WATERS, a division of The Resource Pool, has the solution! A number of our experienced and knowledgeable BDSM players, male and female, plus some relative newcomers, will gather for dinner at an excellent local restaurant in the Bethesda, MD area between 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm on Saturday, September 4, 2010. They will be happy to answer your questions concerning the local BDSM Scene and "what is this BDSM thing all about, anyway?"
Join us! There is NO ID REQUIREMENT and NO DONATION for this event (we ask that you be at least twenty-one years of age), and you need not have attended any TRP workshops to participate. RSVP to Mister Bill during the week preceding the munch to obtain directions to the restaurant. You will be expected to pay for your own dinner, and (as we will do) to dress and behave inconspicuously in this public venue.
